1. Order Processing Timelines

• Orders are confirmed and queued for fulfillment only upon successful payment authorization through our payment gateways.

• Standard orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national/public holidays).

• Order fulfillment timelines may extend during high-volume periods, festive seasons, or system maintenance.

2. Serviceable Locations

• We deliver across serviceable pin codes within India.

• Final delivery is subject to the coverage and serviceability limitations of our contracted logistics partners.

3. Shipping Rates & Taxes

• Any applicable shipping, handling, or convenience fees will be calculated and clearly presented on the checkout page before payment confirmation.

• All displayed rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days following package dispatch, depending on the delivery pin code, transit hubs, and regional access.

• Stated delivery windows are estimates. Deliveries may experience delays due to remote geographic routing, adverse weather conditions, courier bottlenecks, or local movement restrictions.

5. Consignment Tracking

• Upon dispatch, shipment confirmation containing tracking numbers and logistics partner details will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

• You can monitor real-time shipment status directly using the tracking link provided in your dispatch notice.

6. Transit Delays & Force Majeure

PAPER CODE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for shipment delays resulting from third-party courier bottlenecks, extreme weather disruptions, regional curfews, natural disasters, or statutory regulatory hold-ups. We will coordinate with carrier partners to resolve transit stalls as efficiently as possible.

7. Address Accuracy & Undelivered Consignments

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including street landmarks, pin codes, and an active recipient phone number.

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses, incorrect contact details, or recipient unavailability.

• If a package is returned to our facility (RTO) due to multiple failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges will apply prior to re-dispatch.

8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items

• If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or short of items, notify our support team within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

• Retain original packaging and submit clear photographic/video evidence (including an unboxing video) to expedite replacement or refund processing under our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Proof of Delivery

An order is deemed successfully fulfilled once marked as “Delivered” by the logistics courier at the designated delivery address. Any non-receipt disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication to this page.
